A yoga loving, pole dancing mama to be in October 2017.
The upside down is where I feel the most comfortable, be it standing on my head, hands or being upside down on the pole but it also refers to how my life will no doubt be turned upside down with the arrival of mini monkey!
I am embarking on a Yoga teacher training in January 2018 and will also be keen to get back to my fitness pre baby. I will be sharing what I did, workouts that worked for me, yoga flows and tips and tricks.
I will also be sharing mine and my partner's journey with mini monkey and our life as a new family. I know while being pregant, I love reading these typs of blogs and see what others did so if there is anyone I can help or inspire, that would be great!
